Welcome to AI-CFO Virtual CFO Limited. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our AI-Powered Virtual CFO Platform, available at , www.aivirtualcfo.com, including all related services, features, and content (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial: We offer a one-month free trial of the Service. No payment is required during the trial, but you must provide valid payment information to begin.

Subscription Plans: After the trial, you may subscribe to one of our plans:

  • Standard Plan: £199/month
  • Premium Plan: £999/month

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will apply.

4. Referral Program

Our referral program allows you to earn credits (up to £500 per referral) for inviting others to join the Service. Credits are subject to program terms, available in your account dashboard. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the Service’s source code.
  • Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to others.
  • Use the Service to harm, disrupt, or overload our systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and technology within the Service (e.g., AI algorithms, dashboards, reports) are owned by [Your Company Name, e.g., AI-CFO Solutions Ltd] or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
